Registration Policy for Symposium Authors:
At least one auhtor of each accepted Regular or Special Session paper must register as either “Full” or “Student” Symposium Registration. IEEE members can pay a Reduced Symposium “Full” or “Student” registration.
For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person; however, besides the first paper Registration, he/she must pay an additional paper charge for each additional paper. IEEE members can pay a Reduced “additional paper charge”. Different charges apply for Student/non-students.
Authors must register prior to submission of the final version of the paper.
Authors of papers in Special Sessions are required to fulfil the same conditions as authors of papers in Regular Sessions, i.e., papers for Regular Sessions and Special Sessions have the same registration policy.
Accepted and presented papers in Regular and Special Sessions 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be published in the WPMC 2019 Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
No-show policy:
Each paper must be presented by an author/co-author at the conference, unless the General Chairs grant prior permission for a substitute presenter. The conference organizers reserve the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, if the paper is not presented at the conference.
