Visa Letter

To obtain your visa letter, please follow the steps below:

Complete registration and enter registration code into your paper page in EDAS
Click on “Create visa letter” link to download your visa letter

No invitation letter will be issued until your registration has been completed, paid in full and confirmed.

Please note that you should apply for your visa at least 6–8 weeks before your intended date of travel to Australia (or two weeks for online applications) as visa processing times may vary. WPMC2014 will not refund author registrations or publish no show papers in IEEE Xplore due to visa issues.

If you are a citizen of one of the countries listed below then you may be eligible for an eVisitor on-line visa. Please refer to http://www.immi.gov.au/Services/Pages/evisitor-online-applications.aspx

Note: You are not eligible to apply for the eVisitor if your only passport is a British National Overseas, British Dependent Territories Citizen, British Overseas Citizen, British Protected Person or British Subject passport.
