Registration
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The paper registration fee is required for an author to participate in our conference. A minimum of one author from each accepted paper MUST register at the FULL registration fee (member or non-member). One author registration, will allow you to present a maximum of two accepted papers.
For a non-author is advised to register before Early Bird Deadline to receive a discount on registration. Any registrations made after the Early Bird Deadline will be required to pay “Standard” registration fees.
Papers must be written using the IEEE conference proceedings style format (A4, two column, and 10-point font), 4 to 6 pages in length with maximum paper length not exceeding 8 pages.
Note: Papers that will be submitted to IEEE Xplore are those that are accepted and presented in the conference.

PREPARING FINAL MANUSCRIPT
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site.
First-time users should do the following:
- Select the “New Users – Click Here” link
- Enter the following:
- “_____” for the conference ID
- your email address
- a password
- Continue to enter information as prompted.
- An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup
